Then pasted it using the link dialog "i dont have internet connection" just like power director ultimate. so what i did, is simultaneosly opening the powerdirector ultimate keygen which has the activation code and paste the serial of powerdvd to it then generate my activation code which actually accepted on my machine. There should be an activation code equivalent to the serial i suppose just like the ultimate keygen. power dvd core keygen doesnt have the activation code, only a serial can be generated by powerdvd ultra core keygen. But what i noticed, is the sync devices which prompts me to activate it, which means the keygen only activated my trial to full upon first opening the program. then you may open the program and use core keygen.
The keys can be accepted however, you need to install program offline mode and change the online activation registry entries before first running the program, i provided a steps there in powerdirector ultimate section(please look for it). Sorry to hear that you were not able to activate it using the keygen from core.
