Personally, I think we're looking at a couple of years before they stick a fork in it and say "done." Probably not as many as five though. Also, I suspect it will never be really "done" in that some events or encounters in the production version of the game might not be reproducible (or at least they don't have enough data to get them working again). RP and housing people will have something usable much sooner than people looking for combat and questing (a good chunk of housing and costumes are already done). Partly it depends on what features you want. So far as I know, the teams themselves do not have an ETA in mind for completion. I couldn't really say, since I'm not directly involved with the projects apart from lurking in their Discord servers and poking a stick at their code or test servers from time to time.
